Thank You Goodnight ("TYGT," "we," "us") is a product of Carbon Nature LLC. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

What We Collect

• Phone number — when you subscribe to the weekly text or submit a show via SMS.
• Instagram handle — when you sign up to identify yourself to others in the community.
• Show submission data — artist name, venue, date, time, vibe description, RIYL, Spotify links, and flyer images you submit.
• RSVP data — which shows you've marked as "going."

How We Use It

• To send you the weekly show lineup via SMS (if you subscribed).
• To display show listings, RSVP counts, and community activity on the website.
• To display your Instagram handle to other users when you RSVP to a show.
• To process and publish show submissions from artists.

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
• We do not use your phone number for anything other than the weekly text and verification.
• We do not send marketing messages beyond the weekly show lineup you opted into.

SMS / Text Messages

By texting JOIN to our number or signing up on the website, you consent to receive recurring weekly text messages with curated show listings. Message frequency: approximately 1 message per week. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out: Text STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use Telnyx for SMS delivery. Both services maintain industry-standard security practices.

Data Retention

We retain your phone number and subscription data as long as your subscription is active. When you text STOP or request deletion, we remove your data within 30 days.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing ali@sparlo.ai or texting STOP to unsubscribe.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
